To complete your application, you'll need a valid photo ID, Social Security Number, proof of income, and a completed application.
Do you run credit and background checks? What are the qualifying criteria?
Yes. As part of the application process, we conduct background, credit, and rental history screenings. Applicants should have a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent and a credit score of 600 or higher. Applications with credit scores below 600 may still be considered and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are billed separately from rent. Contact our leasing team for current utility rates and details.
What are the move-in costs and fees?
Move-in costs typically include prorated rent and fees (from your lease start date through the end of the month), a security deposit, and any applicable pet fees or deposits.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees begin to apply on the 4th if payment has not been received.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required for all residents to help protect your personal belongings and provide liability coverage.

What is the guest parking and visitor policy?

How do I schedule a tour?
Scheduling a tour is easy! You can book online through our website, schedule a self-guided tour through Tour24, or call our leasing office and we'll be happy to assist you.
Is parking available?
Yes! Each apartment is required to have one assigned parking space, which is available for an additional fee.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
You'll want to bring your personal belongings, furniture, kitchen essentials, bedding, toiletries, and any other items that help make your new apartment feel like home.
How are packages delivered and where can I pick them up?
Packages are delivered to our secure package closet for convenient pickup.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through your resident portal or by calling or texting the leasing office. Our team is here to help!
What happens when I decide to move out?
When you're ready to move out, we require a 60-day written notice. Our team will guide you through the move-out process and provide details about final inspections and next steps.
